Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivate teams and foster collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance to drive sales.
• Partner with team to deliver exceptional service and hit store goals.
• Coach and develop team members on processes, selling behaviors, and metrics.
