Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize profitability and ensure a safe, engaging shopping experience
• Review and interpret profit and loss statements to identify improvements
• Supervise inventory and cycle counts, ensure inventory accuracy
• Assist GM with HR matters and loss prevention as needed
• Manage cash handling practices and communication with finance
• Coordinate store safety, security, and budget adherence
• Ensure brand and operating standards meet expectations and maintain store presentation
• Open or close the store as required
• Lead and train associates, monitor performance and development
