You will lead staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with leadership to meet seasonal demand and safety standards.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel.

Qualificações

• Combination of coursework and experience may substitute for degree.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Associate's degree considered in select programs.
• Three years in agribusiness, petroleum or related field with one year in leadership.
• Valid driver's license required; forklift/CDL/hazmat or petroleum certs may be needed.
• Ability to travel 10-20% and relocate for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with Retail Store Manager to plan operations and budgets.
• Oversee daily facility operations across departments and inventory.
• Lead team meetings, schedule staff, and drive sales through service.
• Engage customers, promote SSC brand, and manage vendor relations.
• Ensure safety, OSHA/EPA compliance, and maintain equipment
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
