Rural King seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role partners with the Store Manager to oversee merchandising, inventory, and operational excellence while coaching and developing associates.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with retail operations and inventory management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
