Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, will also consider an Associate's Degree with specialization in agribusiness, business management, or related field.
• Requires valid Driver's License; may require forklift certification, CDL/hazmat, petroleum certification depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Retail Store Manager to execute a strategic retail operations plan aligning customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory, budgeting, and expenses.
• Manage daily operations for multiple departments; support front-end and handle escalated customer inquiries; oversee showroom merchandising and inventory integrity.
• Develop a highly effective team; coach staff to drive sales with excellent customer service; set staff schedules and lead daily team meetings.
• Engage with customers to make sales and take orders for services; promote SSC brand within the local community and sales region.
• Coordinate staffing to meet seasonal volume and budget; oversee hiring; conduct performance reviews.
• Research regional merchandising techniques and pricing trends; collaborate with corporate to ensure proper pricing and inventory profitability.
• Administer vehicle/equipment maintenance programs; monitor safety, compliance with regulations, and PPE usage; maintain emergency records.
