Job summary

Tractor Supply Store is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store operations, freight and Feed to Floor processes, weekly recovery, and safety standards while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

The role requires prior retail leadership and supervisory experience, plus the ability to manage scheduling, inventory controls, and meaningful safety compliance. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Prior store operations and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
