Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead store operational execution, focusing on freight, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery processes. You will coach team members, support the Store Manager, and ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards across all store operations.

The role requires prior retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage schedules, security, and inventory control practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Oversee Feed to Floor and weekly recovery processes with accountability for execution.
• Coach Operations Team Members and support Store Manager to drive safety, compliance, and financial results.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed and ensure documentation is complete.
