Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-unit retail or travel-stop management.
• Experience overseeing daily operations and driving sales.
• Strong people leadership and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple operations within the store and related services.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility and perform safety checks.
• Drive product and service sales through effective merchandising and inventory control.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze financials to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
