Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 1+ years managing operations with significant sales volume.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations up to and potentially including retail store, fuel, restaurant, and fresh kitchen.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including P&L and apply improvements to capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition efforts.
