Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple service areas, drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Lead a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, safety, inventory, and reporting with opportunities for career growth in a family-owned business headquartered in Oklahoma City, supporting thousands of team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or travel stop management.
• 2+ years managing operations with >$2M annual sales.
• 2+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on responsibility for multiple business operations up to and including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom/shower upkeep, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with managers in talent acquisition.
