Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders to meet service expectations.
• Oversee dining room and prep areas cleanliness and maintain equipment.
