Job summary

ALO in Los Angeles is hiring an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, monitor inventory, and provide feedback to elevate processes that cut shrink and improve guest experiences.

This role requires constant movement on the shop floor, lifting up to 50 pounds, and partnering with teams to manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor sets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move through shift.
• Strong customer service mindset and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with teams on budgets, expenses, and vendor relations.
• Ensure safe operations and efficient stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Execute operations directives with the project teams.
• Assist in product flow and visual merchandising placement.
