Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Buena Park is seeking a Task Lead to drive store operations, maintain stock, and support leadership in achieving sales goals. You will oversee inventory, merchandising resets, and omni-channel processes while ensuring cleanliness and high guest service standards.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to train new associates. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve.
• Experience delivering operational excellence and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals and ensure product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and supporting leadership with omni-channel processes.
