Ulta Beauty in Glendora, CA is seeking a Task Lead to uphold store operations and guest experience. You will support the leadership team, manage replenishment, inventory counts, and omni‑channel processes while ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive sales and maintain exceptional store conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi‑task, and problem‑solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross‑training other associates in tasking.
• Stand out as a leader with the ability to engage and influence peers to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates throughout the store to help grow the business.
