Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Lead to drive operational excellence in our store. The role focuses on keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the leadership team with omni-channel processes, including inventory adjustments and MIA device tasks.

You will partner with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance metrics, train new associates, and foster a collaborative, guest‑focused environment while adhering to company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross-training other associates.
• Stand out as a leader and collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using store technology.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Follow store policies, dress code, loss prevention practices, and store standards.
