Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Task Lead who ensures operational excellence, keeps fixtures stocked, maintains store cleanliness, and supports omni-channel processes to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

In this role you will partner with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, train and mentor Task Associates, drive performance, and uphold Ulta’s policies and standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding tasking goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross-training other associates.
• Lead with the ability to engage and influence peers to achieve peak productivity.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to help grow the business.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s best practices.
• Support omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
