Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Lead to ensure operational excellence across store activities, keeping fixtures stocked and the store clean while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store. You will assist leadership with inventory adjustments and drive performance through strong attention to detail.

The role emphasizes training new hires, leading peers, and collaborating with managers to grow the business while maintaining policy compliance and a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Assist in training of new Task Associates and cross-training other associates.
• Lead by example to engage and influence peers to achieve peak productivity.
