Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Lead to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced store environment in Bakersfield, CA.

You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the leadership team with omni-channel processes while handling inventory adjustments and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to train and mentor new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support leadership with omni-channel processes and execute manager-related functions when needed.
