Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for operational excellence and exceeding tasking goals and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Assist in training new Task Associates and cross-training other associates in tasking; lead by example to drive peak productivity.
• Maintain outstanding store standards, ensure cleanliness, protect assets, and provide exceptional guest service.
