Job summary

Rag & Bone is looking for an Operations Supervisor to uphold store efficiency and deliver a seamless customer experience. You will partner with Store Management to enforce brand standards, oversee inventory, and supervise back-of-house operations.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in retail stock, logistics, or operations, with hands-on POS knowledge and the ability to train staff and troubleshoot store systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or back-of-house management position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Management to ensure positive brand representation through product, store maintenance, and customer service.
• Supervise inventory and stock management.
• Maximize storage and capacity across product and supply categories.
• Investigate and rectify inventory discrepancies.
• Lead store initiatives and ensure execution of inventory touchpoints (receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, cycle counts).
• Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot store systems and educate staff on POS.
