Qualifications

• An experienced leader with two or more years of specialty retail experience focused on store operations and/or visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of hospitality and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide exceptional customer service that promotes products and strengthens brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics through Clientelling, outreach, and events.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team in all areas of operations.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, window displays and interior marketing.
• Educate and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
