Job summary

SSA Group seeks an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to oversee Gift Shop and Gift Kiosk locations, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead staff, hire and train talent, manage performance, and ensure compliance with laws while maintaining a safe, organized, and engaging store environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, sales reporting, cash handling, and maintaining POS systems.
