Job summary

SSA Group, LLC, a partner to cultural attractions, seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead store operations in Rochester, NY. You will motivate the team, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, compliant, and guest-focused environment, while upholding policy and procedures.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and customer service excellence across shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills and team development.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• POS knowledge and cash handling experience.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift (10–35lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff to exceed customer and client expectations.
• Supervise and develop team, onboard new members, coach, and ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures and cost controls.
• Oversee inventory control and daily floor operations to maximize sales.
