Job summary

SSA Group, LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead retail operations, oversee the management team, and ensure client satisfaction across sites in the U.S. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to plan long-term retail programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

The General Manager will host senior staff, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with client contacts and HQ to deliver exceptional experiences and results

Qualifications

• Two to five years retail management experience in cultural, iconic, amusement or museum attraction preferred.
• Strong experience with retail gifts, financial statements, building projects, contract and client management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between SSA Group and client; maintain client and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Retail Operations Manager, Unit Controller and employee team.
• Ensure all Retail functions and oversight are met or exceeded by Operations Manager.
• Perform the steps of 452 Hospitality to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client.
• Maintain knowledge and implementation of contract between SSA Group and Client with professional discretion.
• Host meetings for senior staff; conduct training sessions; support discipline documentation.
• Ensure fiscal deadlines are met to HQ and manage invoices with accurate reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and report to Regional Manager monthly.
