Job summary

SSA Group seeks an Assistant Retail Operations Manager to oversee multiple Gift Shop and Gift Kiosk locations. You will lead a team, hire and train staff, and ensure exceptional guest service while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and payroll management within budget. You will forecast sales, analyze performance, and report daily, weekly, and monthly results to drive profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Show dynamic leadership and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations.
• Hire, onboard, supervise, evaluate, coach, and manage exits.
• Develop training programs to mentor employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws; maintain a safe, organized workplace.
• Oversee inventory control programs and maximize sales.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and POS troubleshooting are in effect.
• Forecast daily/weekly sales and manage payroll within budget.
• Analyze sales and inventory to maximize opportunities and set budgets.
