Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to support 250+ locations, assist with sales and lesson operations, and drive initiatives set by Retail Operations leadership. This role requires clear communication with remote stores, support departments, and leadership to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree (or 4 years of related experience), at least 2 years of relevant work experience, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years experience substitutable.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Background in music preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues reported by retail employees.
• Troubleshoot transaction issues in retail locations
• Monitor store processes to ensure completion and compliance
• Assist with testing of new retail processes and procedures
• Manage and administer retail commissions, spiffs, contests
• Provide support for retail payroll management and related systems
• Oversee retail communications, including content development, task management and related reporting
• Provide UAT testing for business projects and new retail systems
• Additional duties as assigned.
