Responsibilities

• Lead Sales team to meet sales objectives.
• Monitor financial data, inventory, and statistics.
• Ensure products are available and displayed correctly.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Support institutional sales and rental service tasks for accounts.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson programs and assist teachers.
• Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Additional duties as assigned.
