Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services seeks a Retail Operator Lead to oversee micro-markets, coffee bars, and office dining areas within our facilities. You will ensure timely stock, gather products, deliver and maintain retail spaces, and respond to customer inquiries while managing inventory and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work to a retail team and oversees task completion.
• May oversee or delegate responsibilities within Retail Sales operations.
• Conduct and attend daily shift huddles while communicating priorities.
• Visit multiple retail locations to maintain organized workspace and proper inventory storage and tracking, plus food safety and sanitation.
• Interact with and answer client and customer inquiries about retail offerings and feedback on products, set-up, and execution of services.
• Uphold standards of operations to provide quality-controlled, satisfying, and appealing retail service in line with policy and applicable regulations.
• Coordinating administrative tasks.
• Driving deliveries (varies by location).
