Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a management professional to develop and execute dining solutions in a correctional setting. You will oversee and manage dining operations where customers order from a menu and will lead Front of House operations and retail services to improve quality and profitability.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, safety, and strong client rapport to meet financial and service targets while adhering to Aramark standards and lead-time processes.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience.
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in a management role.
• Previous experience in retail required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.

Responsibilities

• Leverages Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.
• Ensures individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees.
• Supervises team regarding production, quality and control.
• Directly supervises two or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases.
• Manages Front of House dining operations and retail service plans to improve service and profitability.
