• Leads training initiatives, coaching leaders, and builds development plans with teammates.
• Partners on staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet budgets and traffic trends.
• Oversees hiring decisions for Supervisors and hourly staff with coaching on interviewing.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, loss prevention, and customer service expectations.
