Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage athletes to understand shopping needs and drive sales with product knowledge.
• Onboard and train new and existing team members as subject-matter experts in store operations.
• Maintain athlete-first mindset and ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as they want.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor plans, signage, pricing, and replenishment.
• Promote customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and private-label credit-card enrollment.
• Create an inclusive store environment and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
