Job summary

Sephora Nashville is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store excellence, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach the team to deliver outstanding client experiences.

You will lead the operations team, manage replenishment and order fulfillment, ensure standards are met, and partner with staff to support sales goals. The role offers full-time hours and hourly pay between $24 and $27.50.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment while maintaining standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, events, and store maintenance to uphold brand and drive sales.
• Partner with team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals.
