• Help write department schedules to improve engagement, service, and profitability.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to policies.
• Ensure food safety standards and safe operations.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display where applicable.
• Support a diverse, inclusive team culture and participate in period inventories.
• May act as Lead in other departments as needed.
