• Assist training new team members and cross-training high-potential staff.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement and profitability.
• Ensure product freshness by monitoring rotation and dating policies.
• Guide team on food safety standards and safe work practices.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display where applicable.
• Contribute to Meijer culture with diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
• Operate a register and handle cash when needed.
