Job summary

CVS Health in Maine seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution, customer service excellence and daily operations when management isn’t on site. You will guide the store team, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

As a key leader, you’ll mentor colleagues, oversee merchandise presentation, and collaborate with management to drive performance and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate deductive reasoning and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication, supervision, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and supervise staff when no manager is on site.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues following company policy.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to improve performance and customer experience.
