Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. The role focuses on driving store execution, performance, and consumer loyalty through superior customer service, under the Store Manager’s supervision.

You will lead a busy CVS/pharmacy store, manage staffing, and implement policy to ensure operational excellence. Essential functions include leading others, supervising the store crew, and communicating effectively while supporting improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
