S&S Fuels Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Las Vegas, NV location. You will support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, customer‑focused, and profitable store environment.

The role requires experience in retail sales, C‑Store familiarity, strong merchandising, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers full‑time or part‑time hours, with overtime eligibility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales is required.
• Experience in C‑Stores is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong merchandising skills.
• Understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare and transmit daily bookkeeping and gasoline data.
• Complete daily banking tasks.
• Troubleshoot close-out and shift sales analyses.
• Assist with shift coverage when needed.
• Safeguard cash handling and banking requirements.
