• Maintains safety and security standards for team members.
• Builds collaborative relationships with department and store leadership.
• Communicates objectives clearly to team members.
• Manages vendor relationships and regulatory compliance.
• Keeps knowledge of competitors and industry trends up to date.
• Executes highest standards of retail execution and customer focus.
