Sierra Store 0146 West Bend, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a Key Carrier to support store leadership and ensure top-notch customer service. You will alternate roles with Coordinator and lead in daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and staff coverage.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months leadership experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and delegate to associates.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensure store team performs tasks according to store plan; prioritize as needed.
• Coach Associates and provide feedback and recognition.
• Promote safety, security, and loss-prevention practices.
• Maintain open communication with management and associates.
