Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Key Carrier at our Pittsburgh location. This role alternates with Coordinator duties, stepping into leadership while managing store operations and customer service excellence.

Open availability, including nights and weekends, is required to support store needs and sales objectives. You will coach Associates, ensure opening/closing procedures, and collaborate with management to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks per store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and coaches Associates
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage for a positive experience
• Adheres to labor laws, policies and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
