Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Back-End Department Head to lead logistics and e-commerce operations, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and effective signage on the sales floor. You will guide teammates, train Associates, and partner with store leadership to optimize performance.

You will monitor receiving, pricing changes, and merchandise standards, while maintaining safe, organized work areas and a top-tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Logistics and E-Commerce operations in the department.
• Ensure product availability, accurate pricing, and clear signage on the sales floor.
• Direct on-floor work and provide department training to Associates.
• Conduct weekly reviews with the OM and create worklists for the team.
• Maintain loss prevention and brand merchandising standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
