Job summary

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties and schedules shifts to ensure adequate floor coverage.
• Trains and supervises staff on store policies and duties.
• Orders and inspects merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
• Tracks deliveries and reports discrepancies.
• Ensures items are stocked, priced, and displayed.
• Ensures accuracy in sales, cash handling, and deposits.
• Handles complaints and returns professionally.
• Assist with customer service and sales as needed.
• Communicates with Store Manager and Operations leadership.
• Follow all company and safety policies.
