The role involves handling merchandise, maintaining records, and using inventory-control systems in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for varied hours, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail stock, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write accurately and use inventory-control computer systems.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move or lift merchandise and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle merchandise appropriately, and maintain organized stock areas.
• Maintain inventory records and follow procedures to minimize stock loss and safeguard company assets.
