Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist daily store operations in Mebane, NC. You will help with inventory processing, stockroom organization, and replenishment on the sales floor, while supporting store presentation needs.

Responsibilities include processing deliveries and RFID scans, assisting customers, and upholding visual merchandising standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment.
• Effective communication and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or climb as needed and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, freight, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized inventory in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Support sales associates with stock checks and merchandise delivery, and assist customers when needed.
• Help maintain store presentation, fitting rooms, and visual merchandising standards.
