Job summary

Brobston Group in Miami seeks an Operations Support Associate to help maintain efficient day-to-day store operations. The role focuses on inventory processing, stockroom organization, and supporting sales floor operations without being the primary seller.

You will process deliveries and RFID scans, assist customers, and help with merchandising, front- and back-of-house tasks. Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be flexible with shifts.
• Experience in back-of-house operations in a high-volume environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory; support stock checks and deliveries.
• Assist customers, process transactions, keep fitting room areas clean and welcoming.
• Support visual merchandising, store standards, and front- and back-of-house operations.
