Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Educator to execute inventory processing and related product operations in our store. You will receive shipments, organize floor and back-of-house product, and support guests on the retail floor while upholding company standards.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment, with shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries; fold, sort, and hang product to optimize space.
• Reconcile, package, and ship product to appropriate locations per standards.
• Adjust product displays and restock/destock to maintain store presentation.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store; ship from store).
• Interact with guests to provide service on the retail floor.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
