Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to ensure efficient inventory processing and organized product flow on the sales floor and back of house. You will receive shipments, prepare product for display, and support guests with timely service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to company standards, with shifts that may vary and no prior experience required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts according to standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries and prepare items for display.
• Reconcile, package, and ship products per company procedures.
• Adjust product displays, restock/destock, and move products on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online pickup in store and ship from store.
• Interact with guests to provide service and connect them to teammates when needed.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and support guest experiences.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations.
