Reformation in the Gold Coast area is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations and inventory accuracy. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, and 32-40 hours per week. You’ll help maintain brand standards and ensure a seamless store experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track in-store inventory accurately and process inbound shipments.
• Complete inventory-related tasks with elevated attention to detail.
• Process shipments: receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging and organizing back of house.
• Support visual merchandising tasks as new products arrive and adjust displays.
