Job summary

Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate for the Gold Coast location in Chicago. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least 3 days, including weekends, with flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

You will support daily operations, inventory control, and merchandising, ensuring a positive shopping experience while upholding brand standards and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fast-paced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track in-store inventory accurately and process inbound shipments.
• Complete inventory tasks including transfers, shipment and omni-channel processing.
• Perform shipment processing and back-of-house organization.
• Support markdowns and facilities tickets as needed.
• Organize store supplies and ensure brand standards in back of house.
• Assist with customer fitting rooms and purchases, ensuring quick, accurate service.
• Replenish the sales floor to meet brand standards and inventory levels.
• Support visual merchandising as new products arrive and displays are updated.
• Contribute to loss prevention and uphold attendance policy.
• Maintain a professional, productive work environment aligned with brand culture.
