Reformation is seeking an Operations Associate in New York to support daily store operations, inventory control, and customer experience. You will help with merchandising, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean, branded back-of-house environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a fast-paced, creative service setting, with strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated drive to take on new challenges. The role offers part-time hours (minimum 20 hours/week) and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience in a fastpaced, creative service environment.
• Familiarity with the user functionality of desktop, mobile, tablet and digital technologies.
• Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational efforts required to achieve store goals.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures.
• Track in-store inventory accurately and process inbound shipments.
• Complete inventory-related tasks including transfers and omni-channel orders.
• Process shipments – receiving, hanging, steaming, tagging and organizing in back of house.
• Support markdowns when applicable and ensure visual merchandising alignment.
• Submit facilities tickets for maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Organize store supplies and ensure back of house reflects brand standards.
• Prepare and deliver customer fitting rooms and purchases per brand standards.
• Replenish sales floor to meet brand standards and inventory levels.
• Assist with visual merchandising as new products arrive and adjust displays.
• Execute visual displays and mannequins as directed.
• Capture customer experience feedback for service evaluation.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention efforts and uphold attendance policies.
• Bring an ambitious, positive attitude to daily work.
• Help maintain an inspiring store environment and easy product access.
